Key Responsibilities:
" Plan and prioritize recruitment campaigns, ensuring each stage is completed on time.
" Assist in recruitment and selection by coordinating with external providers and internal teams.
" Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
" Keep management information up to date.
" Support all recruitment activities as needed.
" Write and post job adverts, and review applications.
" Actively source and headhunt candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
" Monitor candidate interactions to meet resourcing KPIs.
" Help hiring managers organize interview panels.
Experience and Skills:
" Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
" Extensive experience in managing end-to-end permanent recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
" Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
" Proficient in both written and verbal communication, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
" Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate assessments.
