We are looking for a qualified MFL Teacher to join a friendly and supportive team for a temporary job located near South Shields. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 students. For this job role, you must have experience teaching French and Spanish.
Your new role
- Create and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students- Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments
- Monitor and track student progress and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in parents' evenings, open days, and other school events
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development sessions
- Ensure that the school's policies and procedures are followed
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised teaching qualification- Experience teaching MFL to KS3 and KS4 students
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning
