An opportunity to join a leading Property Investment business as a Sales Progressor / Client Care Executive. Fantastic Company Culture and Rewards scheme with OTE £40,000 - £45,000 Uncapped Bonus and competitive basic salary.

Ideally you will have experience in working within the Off Plan Property industry, assisting clients/investors with liaising with Solicitors, AML and ID Checks and overseeing accurate and swift Exchange of Contracts. Extra monthly bonuses can be achieved based on the number of exchanges and positive customer service achievements. Another potential background is if you work in the Legal industry, assisting with Off Plan exchanges of contract and would prefer to work in a more pleasant team and customer focused environment.
