Your New Role
You will be joining an electronics manufacturer that has been producing for OEMs and EMS market since 1997. This company ranks among the very best in its sector and is renowned for its responsive, fast turn solutions. You will be in charge of managing internal and external quality issues, using diagnostic tools to identify problems, running tests, completing reports, and updating and improving existing systems. To ensure effective actions are put in place to reduce and /or eliminate returns, liaising with customers as required.
To Ensure Your Success
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a contract electronic manufacturing environment, with computer literacy being essential. Experience with AS9100 or similar quality systems is desirable, as is the ability to coach colleagues on faults and technical issues. A strong understanding of component identification codes, such as resistors, capacitors, and ICs, along with robust mathematical and problem-solving skills, is advantageous. The candidate should be capable of explaining problems clearly, implementing corrective actions, and writing concise reports. Personal qualities include excellent attention to detail and accuracy, resilience in the face of challenges, and strong problem-solving abilities. The candidate must be able to work effectively to meet deadlines, demonstrate a proactive approach, listen to and respect others, build effective relationships with teams and customers, and maintain a bias toward action.
