We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team based in Luton.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the University's success by managing the administration and support of the entire employment life cycle, from resourcing and employee relations to retention.
You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of People & Culture, including terms and conditions of employment, recruitment processes, and employee relations matters.
This will involve providing support for a range of HR activities, such as special leave, maternity and paternity leave, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
You will also be responsible for maintaining, updating, and developing the People & Culture Management Information (MI) systems, ensuring data accuracy and promoting effective people management practices.
