Ada Meher is currently working with a leading agency, with offices in Central Nottingham, who are recruiting for a Web Designer with skills in both UI and UX to work on some of their large-scale web builds. They have a variety of projects, with everything built fully bespoke for each of their enviable clients. As such they are able to use the best tools for each project, so you'll find some variety in the tech stack from project to project.
They are known for creating dynamic, striking websites and have won a number of awards for this including from Awwwards.com and are looking for a Designer who shares this spark and affinity for the eye-catching. The believe a good website should make you feel something.
With an office hub in the centre of Nottingham, they value the sense of collaboration in this space as well as their employee's autonomy and as such operate a hybrid model splitting time between home and studio. The client has flexibility and autonomy at the core of their culture, so whilst there is an expectation of an office-based presence they are more than happy to work this around other life commitments to find a solution which suits all.

The ideal candidate will have not only the experience working with a variety of brands creating beautifully crafted designs but also the drive to continue to develop and improve. The successful candidate will be given time and support to fill in any gaps in knowledge around the role/processes, provided they can demonstrate this flare for design.
To be considered:
- Demonstrable experience in a UX/UI role
- Experience with a Figma and other relevant tooling
- A focus on creating designs which stand-out from the crowd
- Agency experience would be a bonus not but not required
