I am currently working with a leading events company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through innovative event planning and execution. They specialize in exhibitions, events and networking events all across the world, and pride themselves on their attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional customer service.

Job Summary: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote their events and enhance their brand presence in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and maximize attendance.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms such as website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure all messaging aligns with our brand and event themes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the events team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with event objectives and timelines. Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools. Prepare reports and presentations to share results and insights with stakeholders.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the company's brand reputation in all marketing activities. Ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and PR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for event promotion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
