Job Summary
As a key member of the Van Sales team, you will actively prospect and identify fleet/retail operators of LCV product to expand our van customer base. You will be a strong relationship builder and use your passion and knowledge of Vans to provide exceptional vehicle solutions to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a Motor industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple priorities.
