I am delighted to be working with a renowned Professional Services firm in Bristol to help them recruit an HR Systems Lead.
This is a new role which will lead the technical innovation within HR focusing on the HRIS management and reporting.
Based in the city centre, my client offers hybrid working of 2 days per week, great working environment and excellent team culture.
As the HR Systems lead you will be responsible for overseeing the firms HRIS platform and other HR related systems and tools. You will be expected to administer, support and maintain the running of the HR system as well as dealing with system upgrades, software and performance testing. You will identify and deliver HR process improvements ensuring the system is being utilised effectively.
As the HR Systems expert, you will be the first point of contact for all support, providing system training, induction training, maximizing system productivity and performance. You will build, schedule and run reports as well as regular validation and integrity checks ensuring accuracy and optimisation for reporting and data flows.
To be considered for this role you will be an expert in working with and leading on HR systems, you will have an impressive track record of managing, maintaining and optimising HR Systems as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures combined with a proficiency in data management and reporting. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, extracting and manipulating data, using formulae for efficient data cleansing, and providing clear visualization of results. You will demonstrate your ability to problem solve, think creatively and trouble shoot. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationship's.
