Head Chef, Italian Restaurant
£35,000 per annum + £4k-£5k tronc per annum
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position or a Head Chef to join this stunning Italian Restaurant just outside Oxford. This is a 7-day operation that is open every evening in the week, all day Friday & Saturday and daytimes on a Sunday. As Head Chef, you would be expected to work a 45-hour week, with any overtime being paid.
The right Head Chef candidate will have experience working with freshly made pizzas and freshly made sauces in an Italian environment.
