Salary: From £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus attractive, achievable commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform a wide range of salon treatments with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean working environment.
- Provide expert advice to clients on suitable retail products.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Beauty Qualification Level 3 or equivalent required.
- Flexibility - willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis (alternating weekends off).
- People-oriented with a friendly, positive demeanour.
- Genuine passion for beauty & aesthetics.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Reliable, hardworking, and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Desire to grow with an expanding company.

- Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £31,000 per annum.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Shift rota covering Monday to Friday with 2 x Saturdays per month.
