The role involves securing all lettings instructions from the database and handling incoming valuations via phone and email daily. Our client is seeking someone with a strong track record in driving results and bringing in business. While their approach is teachable, the candidate must have hunger and experience. The position offers 10% fees on all stock passed to lettings and sales. In a challenging market, sales can achieve £750k to £1m, while lettings can reach £1.5m. An average BD Associate / Manager will bank £300k for the company a year so 30k comms, a good one £600k.

Benefits
Basic salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000, depending on the candidate's background and proven performance and what title they look to take. The OTE for the role is £70k–£90k in the first year, with potential earnings of £100k–£120k+ once a pipeline is established.
