Are you a 360 recruiter currently working in a busy legal recruitment role and looking to make a shift to in-house? Or are you currently an in-house legal recruiter who is looking to join a collaborative team in London?

This exciting opportunity will see you joining a highly functioning and collaborative team to support and take ownership of the firms lateral legal recruitment. The role focuses on the firms London Associate and Counsel hiring, supported by the Recruitment Manager in London, owning some of the end-to-end recruitment processes. Duties include:

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners and build stakeholder relationships
  • Organise and lead on agency briefings
  • Market map and project manage new hires with hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews and screening of candidates
  • Encourage and implement recruitment best practices

The perfect Recruitment Advisor will have an agency or in-house legal background, knowledge of the legal qualification process and PQE's, and want to work as part of a collaborative team.

The salary for this role is up to c£50k plus benefits and hybrid working.
