To temporarily assist the AR team, we're currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant. In this role you'll be interacting via telephone and e-mail with other departments across the business.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- General admin tasks will also be your responsibility.
- Good knowledge of Excel is required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 x GCSEs (A*-C grade including Maths and English) or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is preferred but we can be flexible in regards to this requirement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e mail.
- Experience of MS Office including intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent organizational skills.
- To cover additional responsibilities within the team where needed.
- Communications skills must be of a high standard.
- Minimal level of relevant work experience required.
This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week) hybrid role. On team works onsite on average 2 days per week, during initial training it may be required to work onsite more.
