Your new role
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of customer journey campaigns to increase engagement and broaden the client base. You will support the direction of the CRM function and ensure that consistency and accuracy is maintained. You will also be required to streamline data processes and maximise efficiency, giving you a clear pathway to showcase and develop your skills. You will also be responsible for working with stakeholders on CRM best practice & educating on its use across the business.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in central London with hybrid working options available.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong, relevant experience as a CRM executive, ideally within the legal and business services sector.
- Proven ability to improve efficiency and increase customer engagement and client pool.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy, and ability to analyse data and present to stakeholders.
- An ambitious and motivated personality, with the desire to improve and maintain efficiency.
