I am looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead the company's global recruitment strategy. In this critical role, you will drive efforts to attract and retain top talent, supporting their growth which it is expected to triple their hiring needs in 2025 and beyond.
As the Head of Recruitment, you will develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company business goals and workforce needs. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team, while also managing a requisition load, including executive-level hiring. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with HR leadership and finance to assess resourcing needs and build a robust hiring plan.
You will play a vital role in enhancing their reputation as a top biopharma employer by shaping and driving the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across all functions and regions, continuously optimising processes and tools for efficiency and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in both boutique and large-scale recruitment. Strong technical skills in sourcing, EVP development, and talent mapping are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in the life sciences sector or similarly complex industries is preferred, and international recruitment experience is a plus.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days a week in their Cambridge office. Excellent benefits package, including a competitive bonus and equity options.
