Foster + Partners, the acclaimed Architecture practice, is recruiting for an Operations Maintenance Manager to join their Facilities team in Battersea. The role is based on site and works closely under the supervision of the Buildings Manager.
The Operations and maintenance manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the Maintenance departments and their contractors. As manager you will be responsible for the maintenance programs to enhance the operational performance of the estate. You must delegate all maintenance and repair schedules to the inhouse maintenance teams and resident third party engineers whilst managing the organization-wide contract maintenance providers. You must have a mechanical and or electrical background to fulfil this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in Facilities and will be an excellent communicator. You will understand maintenance contracts and schedules and bring a fresh perspective to an existing team.
