ABOUT THE CLIENT:
We are a mission-driven company in the ed-tech space, seeking an experienced, user-focused, and results-oriented Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a leader in our industry, we are entering an exciting phase filled with opportunities to make a significant impact on educational outcomes for learners across the globe.
THE SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER ROLE:
Joining as our Senior Product Designer, you'll dive deep into understanding the needs of our users through primary research and data analysis. Collaborating closely with user researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers you will define and refine innovative solutions. You will take ownership of the design process, from prototyping and delivering to documenting your work, while driving continuous improvement through design and engineering sprints. Additionally, your role will involve contributing to and evolving our design system, creating UX storyboards, prototypes, and mock-ups to bring concepts to life. You'll find creative solutions to enhance user experiences, communicate your ideas effectively to stakeholders, and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs based on user feedback.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong background in conducting user research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable design decisions.
Skilled at effectively communicating design concepts and prototypes to both team members and stakeholders.
