Are you an experienced fundraising professional looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a Fundraising Manager on a 12month FTC to lead our individual giving campaigns from start to finish.
In this role
You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our giving campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis. Your expertise will be key in optimising our approach, increasing supporter engagement, and maximising returns on investment. Speaking of numbers, budgeting and forecasting skills will be crucial as you'll handle the income and expenditure budgets up to £1million. Wow! Alongside all this you'll manage a small, dedicated team of two, fostering their development and ensuring a motivated and productive working environment.
This hybrid role requires occasional travel to central Peterborough, a short walk from Stanley Park, surrounded by local amenities.
The Details
Salary:£30-£36k DOE
