Seeking a dynamic individual to steer the management of a portfolio of new and existing clients, this role is pivotal in delivering top-tier composite parts and ensuring profitable outcomes for the company. The position offers a diverse workload, blending autonomous project management with collaborative efforts on larger-scale initiatives. A practical mindset is essential to navigate the varied demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Take commercial ownership, including estimating costs and managing accounts.
- Nurture customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production programs in close partnership with clients.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, while also reviewing and approving engineering work.
- Innovate manufacturing solutions and oversee complex tooling designs.
- Manage the MRP system (Progress +), ensuring accurate new item entries, BOM maintenance, and timely delivery documentation.

The role also encompasses detailed engineering management planning, generation of comprehensive work instructions, and proactive material procurement. Collaboration with the quality team is vital to meet customer and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves project management of component manufacturing, shop-floor coordination, and occasional UK and overseas travel.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, supported by a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in composite and GRP material manufacturing.
- Strong IT skills, with CAD proficiency (Siemens NX or Solidworks) being highly advantageous.
