Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR Advisor to join one of our excellent clients based in Coventry for a 12 month fixed term contract with a potential for this to be made permanent. A role where you will be providing comprehensive HR support, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK employment law, be a HR generalist and be comfortable covering the full spectrum of HR. Working for a collaborative and forward thinking HR team, this organisation is leading the way in their sector.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise HR systems for data management purposes
- Provide HR advice to senior leaders, managers and colleagues across the organisation
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide advisory support on HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures, whilst also managing employee relations case work
- Assist in the management of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Skills:
- Proven experience in human resources or a related HR Advisory role
- Proficiency in HR systems, whilst also having strong IT skills
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent understanding of UK employment Law
