Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description:

This company are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor/Office Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive training program and a clear path for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Advisor:
- Take customer orders over the phone with professionalism and accuracy.
- Use the PC to process orders efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders in the parts department.
- Arrange courier collection and manage all associated paperwork and labelling for dispatch.

Office Administrator:
- Handle general office administration tasks.
- Process customer orders using our MRP system.
- Scan completed orders and maintain organized records.
- Answer customer calls and provide excellent service and support.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeaour.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within the company.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
