Are you an experienced and results-driven project manager ready to take on a challenging, short-term role? We are looking for a Senior Retail Project Manager to lead the opening of new retail stores, both online and offline. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the end-to-end process of launching new stores, ensuring a smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Store Openings:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new online and offline store openings.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the full opening process for physical stores and e-commerce platforms.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact between key departments (Store Operations, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR).
Collaborate with the Real Estate team on store location selection, lease negotiations, and store fit-outs.
Partner with e-commerce teams for seamless online store launches.

3. Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management:
Identify and manage risks, issues, and potential bottlenecks.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and develop contingency plans.
Monitor project progress and communicate key risks and decisions to stakeholders.

4. Detailed Planning and Execution:
Create and maintain detailed project documentation (plans, timelines, risk logs, status reports).
Ensure all actions, changes, and decisions are recorded and communicated effectively.
Track and adjust project progress to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

5. Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and partners.
Provide regular status updates and facilitate steering committee meetings with senior leadership.

6. Customer-Centric Focus:
Prioritize the customer experience, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms.
Collaborate with teams to optimize store layouts, operations, and user experiences.

7. Results-Driven Leadership:
Monitor project outcomes using KPIs and evaluate post-launch performance.
Ensure store openings are delivered on time, within budget, and contribute to business objectives.
Lead post-launch evaluations for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the retail sector, with proven success in opening both online and offline stores.
Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred).
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and build strong vendor relationships.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and driving results.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Customer-Centric:Strong understanding of customer behavior and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Urgency and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
