Our client seeks a high calibre Lettings Negotiator for their offices in Leamington Spa.
The right individual for the role could be an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge or a individual looking to get into the industry.
Role duties-
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants and provide exceptional customer service
2.Arrange and conduct property viewings
3.Update Landlords after viewings
4.Negotiate rental terms between Landlord and Tenants with a focus on achieving the best outcome for both parties.
5.Manage rental process including use of Goodlord, obtaining references and approval from Landlords, negotiating start date, rent and contract length.
6.Ensuring property management are aware of maintenance issues noticed at viewings to be completed before new let commences.
7.Ensure payments are made for commencement of tenancy
8.Ensure all lettings listings are compliant, showing EPC and council tax band etc
9.Business Generation including social media weekly postings, property videos and delivery of market appraisal letters
