Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Order Management
Location: Banbury
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing the order process. **Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple inboxes and forward emails to the relevant stakeholders for prompt action.
- Daily invoicing of orders to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Create packing lists and email them to customers to ensure smooth order dispatch.
- Manage weekly invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Monitor orders and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
- Create and update daily orderbooks, ensuring all new orders are captured and processed.
- Maintain and update staff sales pricing and stock levels as required.
- Handle and distribute the daily post, ensuring timely delivery
**About You:
- Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Experience with SAP or similar order management systems (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
