Job Title: Membership Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm
Salary: £13.50
Our client based in Cardiff Gate is looking for a Membership Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment.
Duties will include: -
Dealing with inbound calls regarding membership enquiries, new applications, amendments, and cancellations
Maintaining accurate membership records using the membership database.
General administration duties.
The successful candidate must have: -
Previous inbound customer service experience
Excellent communications skills
Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages.
Fast and accurate date inputting skills
The ability to deal with people at all levels.
