We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Junior Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is perfect for a marketing graduate looking to kick start their career.
The Junior Paid Media Executive will assist in the day-to-day paid media management of the business, working closely with the paid media team and collaborating with the marketing and commercial departments.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Training will be provided, and you'll get to test out your skills and knowledge on a day-to-day basis!
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and testing of new paid media features.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics across multiple territories and help prepare reports on performance and key metrics for the wider team.
- Support the launch and optimisation of paid search campaigns.
- Write and test basic adverts for effectiveness and perform bid optimisations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage and organise assets, such as videos and images, for paid media campaigns.
- Analyse trends to make data-driven decisions, stay informed about the latest paid media and SEM trends, conduct keyword research, and identify product opportunities.

Skills Required
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Some basic understanding or exposure to PPC or paid media
- Strong analytical, numeracy and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience with Google Ads or Analytics (even if it's just from personal projects or courses)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Relevant courses or certifications in Paid Media or Marketing
