- Utilise CRM tools for lead generation and client management
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role within the human resources field
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
