Senior Marketing Executive

Our client are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This role involves supporting and, at times, leading the marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with Sales, Client Experience, and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, have a solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, a keen interest in social media (specifically LinkedIn) and a flair for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Collaborate with the wider team to create engaging and relevant content, including social posts, blog posts, and case studies that resonate with the target audience.

Social Media Management: Drive organic and paid social media strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, to enhance online presence and engage with their audience.

Event Management: Assist in managing participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop materials that support sales efforts, including presentations, flyers, and brochures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification within a marketing capacity.
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally as a senior marketing executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and traditional marketing methods. Demonstrable experience in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
