Finance Officer

I am seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to a great company in the area of Birchwood and contribute to the financial health of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting various financial functions and processes.
Day to Day of the role:
- Support the Finance Manager in producing financial reports and analysis.
- Reconcile bank transactions promptly and accurately.
- Process invoices and expenses with precision, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain the accounts receivable ledger, tracking and recording incoming payments.
- Follow up on outstanding balances to optimise cash flow.
- Assist in processing financial transactions, invoices, and reconciliation.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance role.
- Clear understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
