Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is pleased to be supporting a Leeds-based clothing supplier in their search for a Senior Employee Relations Officer.

Our client, a market leading clothing supplier that has been established for almost four decades, are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Officer to join their expanding HR team. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join an established and fast-paced HR function made up of HR Coordinators, HR Administrators and headed up by the HR Manager. This vacancy has been borne out of growth and is evidence of the success of the business.

The Role will be heavily focused on taking a lead on ER cases and therefore requires someone with an excellent understanding of employment law and the ability to coach and guide managers through investigations, however is not limited to repetitive ER, and also will involve the opportunity to work with Senior Management on exciting upcoming projects and have an input in shaping and driving the future of the business.

The successful candidate will be required to have

- A CIPD Level 5 Qualification

- Excellent Employment Law knowledge

- Tribunals Experience

- Experience recording, tracking and analysing HR data

- Unions experience is desirable but not essential
