Sales Executive

An ambitious and successful Guildford based business is looking for a sales executive to join its commercial function.

Reporting to the sales manager and working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams this role offers a brilliant opportunity to work for a well respected business that delivers a variety of services across B2B and B2C market places.

The environment is supportive, hard working and very nurturing - people tend to stay in this business forever after they start.

The role will involve responding to enquiries over the phone, meeting customers face to face, prospecting to businesses and building relationships with strategic partners who may have associated services that could help each other.

We are looking to find people who have a flair for building relationships and a drive to do well. The role can pay excellent commission for people who are tenacious, welcoming, service orientated and skilled at closing sales.

To apply to this role you should be a sales professional who has some B2B or B2C experience and has developed love for working with customers and people in general. You should be inquisitive, a quick learner, a great listener and a hard-working individual who is determined to be successful.

You should have gained experience in roles that are customer facing and have included selling business to business.

It should be noted that you will need to have a drivers licence and there will be the occasional need to work on bank holidays in this role.

The package on offer will pay a basic up to £28,000, commission (a further £30,000 OTE but uncapped) and bonuses worth £7000 (linked to company performance).
