Dealing with property admin, handling problems during the tenancy and managing repairs. You'll also conduct quarterly inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants on action required.
A people person and Property Manager who can build strong relationships with landlords, reporting on maintenance, compliance, recommending upgrades, accounts and organising work.
With a portfolio in and around Cambridge you'll need local knowledge of the area.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, property management and prior experience in a similar Property Manager role for at least 18 months to be considered.
