Customer Service Position – ASAP start

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.

Salary: £12.00 - £13.00

I am looking for an enthusiastic customer service administrator to assist in the smooth running of the daily operations of the business.

What will you be doing in the customer service administrator role?

  • Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.
  • Administrating bookings, stock and queries.
  • Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.
  • Support client's customer through various channels including telephone, email, and face – to – face
  • Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.
  • Managing product return and handling customer complaints efficiently

What we would like from you:

  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills including a good telephone manner
  • Customer service or sales administration experience
  • Microsoft office skills
