Internal Comms lead

Our client, a well known global brand, is going through an exciting period of change and transformation and they are looking for an Internal Comms/People Engagement Manager to join them. The title does not reflect the seniority of the role and the role requires someone at a senior level with extensive experience in Internal Communications. This is a newly created position and the role primarily will be to design, lead and drive internal communications and engagement activities to foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and collective ambition across the UK. Strategically shaping internal communications and engagement to bring to life the company's DNA and ensure they deliver on commercial goals. They are keen to see candidates from commercial backgrounds who may have experience of working within or across corporate comms too. You will also lead on all UK employee engagement activities and lead change management initiatives for the UK, as well as have responsibility for the DE&I team.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in developing and delivering internal communication strategies for a global workforce, with significant experience in Employee Engagement and also experience in DEI. You have worked at all levels and have the ability to influence and secure the confidence of others and can build strong relationships and work collaboratively to gain colleagues trust and support. Excellent communication skills, innovative thinking, engaging style and a strong understanding of internal comms channels are all attributes we are looking for in this role.
