Property Administrator

Reed have partnered with a Bristol based charity, recruiting for an Admin and Property Support Officer on a part time basis.

As this role is a job share, it is offering 14 hours per week, Wednesday (4 hours), Thursday (5 hours) and Friday (5 hours).

Flexible on hours, as the operating hours are between 9 and 4.30. This could suit school hours for example, so please discuss what you're looking for upon applying.

Just on the outskirts of Bristol city centre with free on-site parking.

General office administrative experience required, strong communication skills and competent in Microsoft Office packages, along with a driving licence and own car (for very occasional visits).

This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks including document production, database management, and coordination of events. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent organisational skills.

Full time salary: £25,000
Pro rata'd salary: £10,000

Duties:

Provide front-line administrative support for the Property Services Department.

Produce and compile documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Develop and maintain property databases and record systems.

Handle enquiries.

Coordinate of events.

Undertake desk-based research and compile and report findings as required.

Assist in the administration of standardised licences, leases, and tenancy agreements.

Provide telephone and email support to parishes, schools, and other bodies by researching and answering questions and queries.

Assist in the development and maintenance of filing and file-based record systems.

Organise meetings and other events, including note-taking and minute-taking as necessary.

Requirements:

A proven track record in a similar administration role

Any exposure to property would be beneficial but is not essential

Good GCSE/AS/A levels

Car owner with current valid driving licence

Competent IT user, Microsoft Office and other systems experience would be beneficial

Benefits:

Minimum 4% pension, company contributes up to 5%

25 days leave plus Bank Holidays (Christmas shut down, no need to use any leave for the in between days) – Full time equivalent (This would be pro rata'd based on your hours)
