The Role
This is a great opportunity for an HR Manager to be part of a successful and growing company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from onboarding to employee engagement and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance.

The HR Manager will be joining a pioneering organisation, the company have developed a revolutionary product – a location mapping application currently used within the healthcare industry. This innovative start-up have global reach and are looking to scale-up in 2025!

What's Required?

For this HR Manager position, we're looking for candidates with:

- Significant experience as a HR Manager role, ideally as a standalone HR Manager working for a remote / hybrid company
- Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally a technology company
- Knowledge of US employment law, would really set your application apart!
- Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified
- Great attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills
- People skills and ability to build strong relationships, working within a remote, dispersed team
