Our client is looking for an exceptional House Manager with proven experience working for an Ultra High Net Worth family in a comparable role.
The core duties involve overseeing the running of their beautiful London residence, managing a team of household staff and a variety of administrative tasks.
The role is all encompassing and calls for a dedicated, service driven individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys juggling multiple plates, all whilst maintaining a calm exterior.
The ideal candidate will be an effective, eloquent communicator who is both emotionally and intellectually smart.
Responsiveness is key to success; you will need to anticipate every need and be ready to change tack at a moment's notice.
You will be setting the standard for the rest of the staff so it is important that you are a doer who can demonstrate excellent leadership and get on well with others, ensuring that the team is well organised and efficient. This is not a desk bound role, you need to be visible, walking the house and picking up on snags and ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly.
The client is looking for a highly capable individual with a proven track record and significant depth and breadth of experience.
Salary: £80k - £100k ++ (for the right person they will be flexible)
