HR - Recruitment Administrator

Hybrid working - working from home with regular team days in the office at Badminton Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire. Induction will be face to face and approx. 2 weeks.

Although this role is full time (37 hours) we would welcome applications from those looking for part time hours at a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Working hours are between 08:00 - 17:00 and can be flexible (in line with team needs) e.g. 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00

Candidates should have recent recruitment administration and on-boarding candidate experience, ideally with an awareness of safer recruitment

Main Duties:

First point of contact for candidates, customers and hiring managers in the form of incoming calls and emails into our shared team inbox

Supporting managers on our recruitment system (ATS)

Producing offer letters

Carrying out all pre- employment checks for new starters - including references, DBS, medical etc. Giving support and maintaining contact with all candidates through their on-boarding journey.

The Candidate: It is essential that candidates have recent in-house recruitment administration and onboarding candidate experience ideally gained in a complex organisation. Due to the nature of the role,they will need strong customer service skills with a customer centric approach to processes and issue resolutions. It would also be a benefit if you have used any HR databases, applicant tracking systems and other computer packages, for example Microsoft Office.
