Salary: £35K - £40K per annum

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Content Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a sound employment law contact point for all stakeholders, create commercially focused HR content, and ensure that consultancy documentation constantly reflects the HR challenges of employers in varying sectors. The successful candidate will have the chance to broaden sector-specific knowledge across the organisation, assist in training, and identify themes and trends of HR challenges. This role offers a competitive salary of £35K - £40K and is based in the vibrant Manchester City Centre.
What you'll do:
As an HR Content Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's sales function has commercially focused engaging content to showcase new legal developments and the full range of services provided. You will be responsible for maintaining highly technical employment law content at an excellent level, enhancing the employment law knowledge of Group employees, clients, and prospective clients. Your work will directly impact the continued success of the business as you partner with business growth departments.
- Analyse HR themes and trends and new employment laws to create a variety of new sales assets.
- Maintain and continually develop content on employment law and HR subscription websites by providing written technical and practical guidance.
- Ensure the Group's Consultancy offering e.g. template contracts and handbooks etc is kept up to date in respect of legal and other important developments designed to safeguard clients position.
- Create and deliver training sessions where required.
- Respond to Government consultations on employment law and HR matters.
- Create bespoke employment law presentations for both sales and existing client purposes and manipulate content accordingly.
- Undertake research projects on areas of employment law to ensure sufficient resources are available to Consultants, focussing on enhancing resources in specific sectors of industry.
- Write articles and various types of content for employment law websites in addition to internal, industry specific and national publications on employment law matters and case law.
