Eximius Group are exclusively working with a UK solutions provider that work with Genesys and NICE providing CX solutions to customers in Europe. They are hiring for a vendor partner manager to work in the commercial team. This will need to be a UK based role as you'll be expected to visit vendors to build and maintain relationships, however the day to day of the role can be from home.
This is a new role which would suit someone that understands the CX product landscape and wants to work in a commercial but not a sales role. You should be passionate about product innovation and want to work with the solutions and product teams to find out what the next innovation for customers will be. You'll need to be the type of person that has a genuine interest in the market and can build relationships with people from this interest/passion.
If you have worked for a CX vendor before and so understand how those companies are structured and who you need to know, then that will be useful but its not essential. This role has access to the company performance bonus but is not commission related.
Our client are a well established solutions provider with a wide portfolio. You will be the sole partner manager for the CX vendors.
