Job Title: Customer Support Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00AM - 17:30PM (Office based)
Location: Ashford
We are excited to be assisting an award winning local organisation in their search for a Customer Support Assistant. As a business they pride their selves on exceeding customer expectations, if you have a passion for offering great customer service then this is the role for you!
Duties include:
- Provide first-line support via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Process new hardware orders from start to end
- Arrange installation and configuration of hardware
- Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system
- Courtesy calls to existing customer base
Skills/experience required:
- Previous experience in an admin/customer service role is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident with MS Office
