Working Locations: Oxshott - Main site, East Grinstead - Training will take place here, and the odd cover day, London - some cover is also needed here.

Our client, a health care clinic based in Oxshott, Surrey are currently looking for a Part time Patient Administrator and full time Patient Administrator to provide an excellent customer service experience to their patients. This is a very hands-on role with the candidate being fully involved in the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
The full time working hours for this role will be as follows: Part time hours to be discussed.
Monday - Tuesday: 9:00am - 17:00pm
Wednesday - Thursday: 9:00am - 16:00pm
Friday: 8:45am - 18:45pm
Responsibilities and skills:
Delivering outstanding customer service to our patient's and visitors to the clinic
Responsible for assigned patients assisting them with booking in follow up appointments
Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Good attention to detail and ensure all "checklists" are completed thoroughly and correctly
Taking payments for services and products
Answering phone calls and emails, either directing queries accordingly or dealing with the patient's requests.
General Administration support for the whole team
Preparing clinics with patient files and maintaining these files with documentation.
Carry out post op courtesy calls to patients.
Assisting the Consultants with patient notes i.e. scribe during the consultation
Comfortable working on a shift rota basis and covering other sites where needed
