Sales Manager

Our client is a leading provider within its sector. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase market share.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with trade partners, distributors and key accounts, whilst working closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotions.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with sales channels to expand market presence and drive growth
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics

You have a proven track record of success in trade sales, a strong understanding of trade channels, distribution networks and customer dynamics and obviously have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

A base salary of £35-£40k plus uncapped comission is on offer for the successful candidate
