Spanish speaking Credit Controller
Location: Birmingham
Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £25,500 per annum + Bonus

Leading distributor of products and services with a global customer base.
Main duties:
Provide credit control and support to Spanish and UK accounts
The role:
- Contact customers to follow up on late payments and resolve payment issues
- Provide assistance and support with financial disputes
- Process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- Offer payments and set up payment plans if necessary
- Assess new account applications and set credit limits accordingly
- Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout
- Manage returns and refund process and issue credit or debit notes
The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Additional languages such as Italian and Portuguese - Advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service or ideally credit control
- Good numerical skills and IT literate
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
The salary: £25,500 pa, review after probation with monthly bonus
