Our client is a family run - multi award winning & busy and high end estate and lettings agency who are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales opportunities and follow-ups as well as ensuring high levels of service for their vendors.

Minimum 2 years' experience in Estate Agency
Clean driving license
Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings with our customers, cross selling multiple properties in the process
Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process
Negotiate offers and close sales transactions
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Stay informed about market trends and industry developments
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations
Work 5 days per week including a Saturday (1 day off in the week)
Salary and Benefits
OTE £40k+ per annum
Company car and fuel allowance
22 days holiday allowance as well as Christmas and bank holidays on top
