Our client, a prominent player in the lighting sector, is looking for a

self-sufficient New Business Manager. The role involves leading sales efforts for control base

and emergency lighting solutions, with the aim of doubling the current turnover from £3.6

million.

Key Responsibilities:

? Drive new business development and achieve significant sales growth.

? Collaborate with technical managers, project managers, and consultants.

? Develop and execute solution-based sales strategies.

? Manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

? Extensive experience in solution-based sales.

? Background in building services or BMS is preferred.

? Proven track record of handling complex sales processes.

? Self-sufficient and capable of working independently.

? Willingness to travel nationally.
