Key responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive monthly reports that provide valuable business insights and identify trends based on data.
- Create informative dashboards highlighting key metrics and trends across the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, learning and development, engagement and attrition.
- Play a crucial role in collating data for salary reviews, bonuses, gender pay gap reports and total reward statements.
- Streamline payroll processing by supporting the collation, processing and final checks of data.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and digitise cyclical processes, improving reporting capabilities for key people metrics.
- Enhance the self-service capabilities of the HRIS, ensuring easy access to people-related data for employees and leaders.
- Provide user training and support to enhance the overall experience of both the HR team and the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of system testing and configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
