As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling customer queries via mutli-channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
  • Handle and resolve customer service queries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure all customer service standards are upheld
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service
  • Provide feedback on customer service issues and trends

Profile

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call handling role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Can commit to a 2 month temporary role
