Account Manager

Do you want to work with a successful organisation in the food redistribution sector? This is an exclusive role for someone to be the Account Manager for this successful organisation.

The role will be responsible for:

Sourcing food from partners daily to ensure supply and volume is maximised

Managing existing and developing new relationships with partners in the food industry

Working closely with the transport team and partners to unsure smooth collections and delivery on time across the UK

Attend site meetings with existing and new partners

The successful candidate will be passionate about food sustainability and be excited by the opportunity to make a difference to the organisation's customers.

Key personal attributes include strong problem solving and ability to think on your feet and able to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

You will have excellent communication skills, able to build and develop partner relationships effectively.

You should be experienced in working in a fast paced environment, be able to work to deadlines and targets so ideally will come from an account management/sales account or similar environment.

The role is based full time at the Trafford Park site. The role can operate outside of normal hours and include travelling when required to sites across the UK. The role will be 40 hours per week and will be from 7.30am - 3pm/7am-2.30pm with an hour to account for out of hours calls and emails each day.

You will be required to have a full clean driving licence and your own fully maintained car for travel.
